Hey! I've been using the Modace r4 custom ROM for a while now and then I saw the 2.2 ROM (link: Froyo ROM ) so I thought why not? And cleared all data and cache but when I tried to install it it fails on some image error or something? I have an OLED screen and r4 custom ROM installation went fine but not this! What did I do wrong? Help would be appreciated.

edit: I used the Current full version with android dialer.

Without the complete error, one can only guess what went wrong. "Image error" could mean that the download is corrupted. Did you check the MD5?

No I didn't check MD5 because I don't even know what it means.

Did you rename the downloaded file to update.zip before flashing?

This often causes issues

No I didn't because I chose the file manually as I did for the r4 Modaco ROM

Try renaming the file then :)

Should work first time....also are you wiping the Davlink Cache?

After clearing everything and renaming it to update it still gives the same error.

E: Board does not support mtd utils.E:Failure at line 413:

write_raw_image PACKAGE: boot.img BOOT:

Installation aborted.
