Album Art?!?!

Got a problem that is really bugging me 9/10 of the songs on my HTC Desire have the same album arts which is actually for some other songs, how can I get rid of this so it shows just the music icon like normal?

I have tried 'clearing the data' in applications - media storage, but once the music app is reloaded the same problem arises :) And i don't really want to use a 3rd party music app.

Edit the tags of your MP3's (the best solution) or check the settings and disable the downloading of album art if the default player supports it.
