Could anyone help me please?

Hi there,

I have problem with my GT540 phone. I just update this android phone version from 1.6 to 2.1 from sites LG. And It worked great but when a day I sleepy at 11 : 00 pm, I downloads game "gangstar" and I fell a sleep to 6 : 00 am in the morning. When I use my phone it 's can't touch mean touch doesn't work. Now I can't touch at all but the button I can use. Could anyone help me :) . I don't know why? Or it have a bug virus ? Thank so much please help me in this matter. And pardon me if my English not so well. Thank You!

1.) You didn't update to version 2.2 (from sites of LG you can update only to 2.1 :) )

2.) Your English is very very bad so I didn't understand all of stuff you says but I have managed somehow.

3.) Restart your phone or do FULL RESET then see if it works.

press both Volume up + HOME + SEARCH buttons for 5 secs. = FULL RESET

Oh, yeah I have update to 2.1 right. Sorry for my mistake. But I can't touch screen so, when the window factory reset appeared I can't do anythings because my touch can't use. Or have other reason to.....? Thank You. :)

Aperantly i think we cant help you with your problem, its propably hardware related... You should contanct LG Waranty :)

Very Doubtful, Just give the phone to lg, they will provide you with new one or the changed screen :) You could try reflashing ure Phone via kdz, but im really dont think it will fix that ;)

Can u explain me how to do via KDZ? Maybe I had to get it to LG company on this Sunday :D

I had to go LG company. The 1.6 to 2.1 can't help. And can't help so, I thank to you for your reason. Good Luck!
