Upgrading to anything from build 3883? Help....

Hi all,

I dont seem to be able to do any manual updates (i.e placing a pkg renamed as update on the SD card). When i select the update firmware option i just get a black screen (although the device still has power). I flashed back to the original 3883 build as i though something may have gone wrong and now it gives me the notifcation that an update is available.

I went through the o2 2.2 download process and when i clicked upgrade now, it rebooted the phone and then just sat at the Dell logo...

Help please, i really wanna get to 2.2. Just so annoying that i cant do manual updates.... grrrrr

Okay i got this sorted by flashing to 4399 as per the sticky, then doing a full factory reset and then FINALLY going through the o2 2.2 update website just in case anyone else has similar problems........................................
