Is it possible to make my standard rooted SF appear as a ZTE BLADE

It only searches for SF apps on Market and orange have blocked some. I want to change the phones name from San Francisco to ZTE Blade to get stuff like "google talk".

I thought g.talk was only available in the USA, and the blade hasn't been released there?

Grab the Google talk apk off the forums here and install manually.

Google Talk should be preinstalled on your ROM. If you meant Google Voice (the VoIP system), then it is only in the US right now. But Google Talk is the text-chat client of Google, so it should be installed right on your phone.

I also think the op should use the actual market app and not the orange one as that is pants.The proper/actual market is hidden away in the launcher and not placed on screen iirc unlike the orange one.
