I reset the router and deleted it from the list, then re scanned / re entered the wep key and bingo ! Thanks ever so much for your help, much appreciated... Guest dundee18 Posted June 11, 2011 Report Share Posted June 11, 2011 When I try to connect to my secured wireless, the vega keeps looping between scanning... and disconnected. Does anyone know why this might be? Ive also turned off the security and put no password and it still does the same. Tried all the suggestions in here, static ip, change channel etc. Eventually got fed up and flashed with latest official rom (so they couldn't do that themselves and say that was the problem) and returned to store. Long and short, they said they had a batch with dodgy wifi and they have sent it to be repaired. They said they will probably replace the wireless card. Will let you knoew the outcome.
