Guest vinokirk Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 (edited) I thought it might be a good idea to log all the crashes/freezes here. People can say if they're having the same problems. Maybe we can work out whats going on in certain situations :) If you want to comment on a certain event make sure you reference the date and time of the event in question ;) Sunday 19-12-10 Steves 1.5.0 0630: On Miren browser -Phone freezes the Dell coloured logo comes up -Phones sticks on Dell white logo -Battery pull -FC on startup -Phone performing normally 0845: Playing with Google Voice search -Phone freezes the Dell coloured logo comes up -Stuck in portrait on startup -Battery pull -Phone performing normally 1415: 'Waking up' phone -Slide to unlock not going all the way -Battery pull -Phone performing normally Tuesday 21-12-10 Steves 1.5.0 0630: 'Waking up' phone after not using for an hour -Phone slow and unresponsive -Battery pull -Phone performing normally 19:30: 'Waking up' phone after not using for 4 hours -Phone slow and unresponsive -Battery pull -Phone performing normally Edited December 22, 2010 by vinokirk

As it is theres not a lot of info there,
Guest vinokirk Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 If you can get output of logcat or dmesg it maybe more useful, plus any 3rd party apps you have, plus method of restore of old settings if you did so. As it is theres not a lot of info there, At work now so logs unavailable. As I am unable to flash 1.5.1 (see post #595 http://android.modaco.com/content-page/325...ost/page/580/#) I have reverted back to 1.5.0 so this is a fresh flash. My only 3rd party app is Android Mate
Guest Pceasar Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 just so you know the unlocking issue happens on the official rom as well, but I've found if you press the volume buttons while trying to unlock it opens and unlocks without needing to pull battery
