Phone stuck in download mode (Urgent!!!)

I tried upgrading the ROM to 2.1 Baltic yesterday, it worked fine although I had some issues with the amount of progresses that where stopping so I tried the upgrade again, now my phone is stuck in download mode. This appears even if I power on my phone.

Is it possible to fix my phone? Could i go back to stock ROM? Please could someone help me, I've been working on this for 14 hours.

Also I get this when I try to upgrade the ROM

Now my phone will not switch on, but if I plug into USB download mode appears but the computer cannot find the device, any suggestions?

Connect your phone without the battery sim and MicroSD and turn it on, it might get recognized that way

I have tried that, it goes into recovery mode (Download mode) but I haven't got any ROM on there. When I try to upload a ROM to it I get parameter errors.

Disable LGE Modem in Device Manager.
