My Dell streak touch dont work

hi guys i buy red dell streak but my touch dont work and in my lcd some where touch work and somewhere no

when i decided go to fastboot fot calibration, when i turn off my device and camera+ power to go fastboot

my screen goes to black screen until i release camera button and my device boot up

i cant go to fastboot

any one help me?! or any one helo me upgrade to 2.1 for my device... maybe fix with 2.1

You need to hold volume up and volume down (both sides of the volume rocker) while powering on to get to the screen calibration.

i can go to calibration but dont work and dont know how to work with it?!
