Guest JamD Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Firstly I would like to apologise if this question has been asked before, but I am a total Android noob. I have installed a custom rom, but am keen to try other ones. I am curious if there is a simple way of remebering which apps I have downloaded, like doing a batch download from the market, or something like that. I just dont want to have to download all my apps each time, and also dont want to loose my Angry Birds save, very important to me, lol. Cheers

Guest m_w_clarke Posted December 19, 2010 Report Posted December 19, 2010 Titanium backup can backup all your apps and Angry birds save :) +1 and I can confirm it works - because I corrupted my framework.apk and had to use clockwork to get the phone working again, and this did a factory reset. A quick trip to the android market after it was all running, I got titanium backup downloaded again and it did a restore of EVERYTHING I previously had. Back to normal.
Guest lpinho Posted December 20, 2010 Report Posted December 20, 2010 Well, this is what I have done: - Made a backup with clockworkmod - Saved the backup in a place different from my sd card (laptop) - I use appbrain to keep track of all my installed applications (handy on reinstall) - And after installing I go to the data back and extract just what I want (one of the things is my Angry Birds progress :)), otherwise, I get to much information that I no longer need (if you want to get rid of same applications) Regards, L. Pinho

It goes to the sd and then you can install new rom and then you can recover it from the sd with Titanium backup
