Hi, noob question, is there a HTC Sense style front end for the San Francisco?

Porting Sense properly would require a lot of HTC libraries to be re-written so it's not going to happen as HTC don't release the source.

Which bit of sense is it that you want? You can put the HTC wallpaper on the phone and add FancyWidget 1.3 to get the same clock then add launcher Pro and alter the dock to get the same icons. After those simple changes it'll look and behave the same as an HTC phone without actually requiring Sense.
