Guest stealthstealer Posted December 21, 2010 Report Posted December 21, 2010 (edited) Hi, i'm looking at buying the Motorola Droid 2 Global, simply because it has a faster processor than Milestone 2, and is slightly cheaper in dollars. My question is: Will it work with my T-Mobile UK sim? The Droid 2 Global works with GSM bands aswell as the CDMA thing Verizon uses across the water, so would the GSM frequencies be ok to run this phone on 3G here in the UK? From what i've read, if unlocked it will work on other GSM networks outside the USA, but im not sure if that is with a foreign sim or not. Basicallly, just looking for help before i buy it. Thanks for any help :) Edit: Btw these are the frequencies of my current UK T-Mobile Pulse which of course works fine GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 HSDPA 900 / 2100 as opposed to the Droid 2 Global's GSM 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 UMTS: 850/ 1900/ 2100 Edited December 23, 2010 by stealthstealer
