Help! stuck at screen showing box with an arrow going out!

Was trying trying to flash my recovery with the following guide:

There was no exclamation mark after i select recovery. It went straight to the recovery. So i just apply the sdcard:update.zip and reboot. Now im stuck at the screen of a box with an arrow going out

nvm... i tried pressing something and it went back to the recovery...
