my phone has been squeaky ever since i bought it and now i know why.

it turns out that the screws were not very tight on the phone so causing the frame to move making it squeak

to fix it get a tiny cross head screwdriver and tighten the screws

Nice to know it wasnt just me that it left puzzled and confused.

In fairness, although not related, there were 2 independently useful things here. Nice tour of the new market, and now I know to tighten any loose screws on my phone... >.<

I've just tightened the exposed screws (especially those on the volume switches side of the phone) and the do help to remove that squeakiness from the volume switch.

I also tightend these screws and it has stopped all squeaks,

feels a fair amout more solid now aswell.
