my hard key vibration seems to not work at all

hi all like the title says heptic fidback or what ever is called dosent work for any hard keys like back botton ...ps all settings has been turn on is there any root file i should look at or change?

To confirm, if you go into settings/Sound & Display Settings, you've got the the Haptic Feedback ticked?

Can you advise if you've rooted and/or have a custom ROM running?

yep i been to settings and so on and it happen on stock 2.1 orange rom then rooted and applyed r4 2.2mcr.
