Some Quick Advice On the installation of Pauls Custom Firmware

Hopefully my Vega is waiting for my when i get home from work...

I have every intention of installing the firmware as soon as i get it (From the Online Kitchen...).

Do i have to reinstall the latest firmware from the advent site if it isnt 1.06.5 before i load this or can i just start on the custom one immediately.

also, getting mine from curries, does it come with a usb lead?

never had any experiance with android and i havent felt like a newbie for a while (Im a technical consultant with a Microsoft Partner!)

but i thought i would get swotted up before i lay my hands on it.

I think that you will find that it will come with the latest firmware as i would expect it to be the Non Flash version but if not yes it will need updating first and yes it does come with a usb cable.
