downgrade from froyo to eclair

please, can anyone tell me if I can downgrade my acer liquid?

I've the last bin on it, but I want to sell it and I need to downgrade to eclair 2.1 (the official one) because of the warranty

can I simply flash eclair by acer tools?

Yes, just flash eclair ROM via Acer Tools, should be fine.

Yes. But you should use the old flashing tool. New one is not support downgrade.
