I Mucked my phone up BIG time

I bought a San Francisco and diligently followed the instructions given by chris lowthian of Technology and Computing News. On the final re-boot, it came up, looked good, screen faded to black then nothing! Behind the black screen are commands because you get the little vibe when you press a key. Take battery out, replace, turn on and great, it works fo a minute then black screen and nothing. I'm computer literate, just old (53) and slow so any help very gratefully received but use easy words! Many thanks, Dave. (PS I'm here because google finds you on each set of words I used - the only off-putting thing was all the flashing and heavy stuff!)

hi,i am a novice with smart phones as well but followed the recovery procedure and got my phone back to stock, since then i have tried 4 different roms and settled for the deorageated light rom in the device specific ztc bladesub forum, dont despair you can get there.

Relax. You have come to the right place the guys and girls here can help with most things. I have a san fran but not until tomorrow. Christmas pressy from my better half. You should check out the section specific area for the san. I shall be going through the stages tomorrow. So I'll let you know how I get on :(
