Is there a trick to getting the back cover on? After taking the cover on and off several times, the bottom right corner no longer 'clips in' and there a 1mm gap.

Does anyone else have this problem, and if not, what is the trick to getting the cover back on properly?

Looking at the back cover, there are no clips down at the very bottom, so I would imagine it's common.

no offence, but does that 1mm gap actually concern you?

I have the same issue since day 1. lol

Mine is fine.

Though should I have this problem I do wonder if removing the remaining clips and the use of small magnets would solve it?

Obvious question but you are aligning top to bottom right?

(Align the power button first then it should just clip down)

got some swiss SF , first 4 fit perfekt. last 3 were awful . try to fix it with a hot air gun so i can make the cover fit better.

The first one I got was like that. If I removed the battery then the cover would clip on fine but as soon as you fit the battery then the bottom corner just won't stay clipped together. I think the battery isn't sitting quite flat and is protruding a fraction. I took mi SF back and got it swapped because of that and the replacement is fine.

I did think that if you remove the paper label wrapped round the battery then it might just make it a little thinner and allow the back to clip on properly.

Yes, it seems that back cover made a little bigger than needed.

Did something like this: hold back cover in very hot water and then pressed bottom right lock on the cover to make it more tight. This really helped.

Try "rubbing" the battery on a flat surface to force the sticker flatter, helped mine fit a bit better without having to press really hard to close it properly.

if i take the battery out, the cover fits flush.

i started to peel the sticker battery off, but then noticed the underside had foil on it. i'm not sure if something bad would happen if the sticker was removed so i left it on. i might try to sand it down a bit.

Have exactly the same problem with mine, almost as if the back cover is slightly to wide. All ive done is take the cover off and put the tiniest bit of blu-tac in each corner. Not the most high tech of solutions but it works, you cant tell by looking at it and lets face know one else knows except you.

Same. If you put the top left part of the case on first, and hold it firmly to the front of the case by pinching just above where the camera lens is, then clip the rest of the case on, it should get a better grip, but it can work itself loose again.

The other thing you can try is, once you have it on, grip that part and the front of the case together and pinch extremely firmly. Obviously not so hard that you'll snap the plastic, but something halfway approaching that. That seemed to really help, for me at least. Just be sure, when you do put the pressure on, that it's on the plastic lip at the front top edge of the case and not the portion where the screen is! Putting a lot of pressure on the screen portion is probably not a good idea
