vega black screen

Great....last night I managed to install everything properly...now I'm on a train and switch on the vega...surprise...black screen with faint backlight. Won't turn on...and I won't have a laptop with me for a few days so I can't reflash

It's the same problem that other people had probably after clockwork mod.

Really disappointed now..and upset.

I got the black screen of death when trying to use the backup function (in Settings > Software Tool) -- what irony! Had to do a full system restore to get it working again. I was running R4 without clockwork.

How did you manage to get it working again? Mine won't system restore.

Guys, with all due respect, there's gotta be at least 100 threads about how to fix these problems - some of which are on the front page.

I myself have made two tools which you could use to fix these problems.

I won't say everything again here, I suggest you look ^^. Feel free to pm/ask any questions if any of the fixes don't work and I'll be happy to help.
