How to delete Apps?

I have installed an app today, but I cannot uninstall it!

I have tried to hold it down, and drag it to delete, but this is just not working! Help! :(

Try hitting the menu button - the middle one - select settings, applications, manage applications & then find the one you want to uninstall. Select it and there'll be an option to uninstall.

Or...

Go into the market, my apps bit and there'll be an option to uninstall there

I'm sure though you didn't really need to ask this question............
