changing touchscreen sensitivity?

i've been digging around, unfortunately any methods i could find where device-specific.

couldn't find any potentially useful files in the maze of looped folders in the system folders either.

i just bought capacitive stylus, but unfortunately the advent vega/mobii tegra screen isn't sensitive enough for it.

best i can get is that it registers taps 75% of the time, unfortunately any drag/swype longer than 1cm is cut-off making it very impractical.

i know on some devices it's possible to increase the touch screen sensitivity through modifying some configuration files of the touchscreen driver, but unfortunately i couldn't find anything in the vega rom.

has anyone had more luck yet with finding a way to increase/decrease touchscreen sensitivity?
