Clcockwork Mod? I'm on QDL 2.2, please help!

I aquired 2.2 through QDL and it's buggy as hell. My Audiobooks won't run, the camera keeps crashing, and for some reason it's only running with 39m of ram available until I shut it off and turn it back on, then it goes back to 289m. How to I update to Steves 1.5.1? I downloaded the package from his thread. Do I have to go to 318 first? How do I use clockwork? I'm new to fastboot, and I've been browsing the web and forums for awhile now, I'm sorry if I missed something. :(
