i try to uninstall weather widget with titanium (widget doesn't work)

a message say : app will be deleted with hac recovery from paul

phone reboot

but i have an error message :

clockworkmod recovery v2.5.1.3

finding update package...

opening update package...

verifying update package

E:signature verification failed

installation aborted

i surely miss something

a .zip missing in sd card ?
