Froyo Lockscreen

I've recently installed Paul's Froyo ROM. The ROM works fantastic, I'm quite satisfied except for one thing, the lockscreen:

ZTE's lockscreen is super laggy, I seriously hate it.

I would like to use the original Froyo lockscreen instead of ZTE's without using the online kitchen.

In other words, I would like to know how can I replace the lockscreen.

Can I replace the lockscreen without wiping everything? What should I change in the update.zip file?

Hello for this issue i use the app lockpattern.. search for it in the market

another work around is to install no lock to remove the lockscreen all together!
