Screen Colour and Video

I'm running the Modaco 2.2 ROM on my Orange SF / ZTE Blade TFT. I noticed when playing some videos the colour is off and it seems to play them weird. Like ghosting kind of thing.

Any idea what this could be?

you mean like blue/greyish shadows?

tried another player ?

i use rockplayer and it works very well

Kind of. It's weird. It like plays the video twice one grayscale and one in colour and overlap each other. I'll try rockplayer now.

Right does the same in RockPlayer if I select Hardware Decode on the video. If I select Software Decode it works fine.

What is the correct fileformat these video files are MPEG4.

i think you have the same problem that others have:

it is not as bad in software decode mode as it is in hardware decode mode, but it is still visible.

Did some testing put the same clip on an SD card and thats when I got the trouble with it. If I watch the exact same clip from opening it in the browser on the phone it works fine.

Tried both players

Any ideas on a fix?
