Disconnected ??????

i bought my wife a san fran for christmas and it was working fine for about 10 mins.

now the wifi wont to my home network.

it finds the network and the passowrd is correct but it just keeps saying disconnected.

has anyone else had this problem ?

or even better has anyone solved it.

any help would be really appreciated. Feeling bad that her christmas present isnt working properly

suprised ive had to replys

and just to add if i turn my router off and back on again it will connect and work. Until I stop using the wifi

Then it goes back to the status of disconnected

Found the problem on here before seems to be my router

previous problem
