Moving to new Android mobile - What about the Apps?

Currently I am on Acer Liquid S100 - I plan to buy the Acer Liquid mt (Metal) soon.

I already bought tons of Apps in the Market - I also bought several games at Gameloft (I stored the .apk files on my microSD).

Does anyone know, if installation and playing/using the bought apps from the Market and from Gameloft will work without errors?

I will use the same SIM card and same microSD which I am using currently.

I don't want to use Titanium for Backups since I don't know if I am gonna root my new phone...

Kind regards

Andi

market apps are tied to your gmail account, so just log onto your new phone with the same account you used on your old phone and you should have a nice list of all apps you already bought.

gameloft however even causes trouble when reinstalling on the same phone, so good luck on that one.

I've never experienced it myself, but i've heard many horror stories about gameloft. I love there games, but apparently they don't allow reinstalls. I will just throw this out there. If you buy a game and the developer decides to bitch slap you, then it's time for you to look into alternative methods to aquire said game. I'm not promoting piracy, but there are times when as a consumer it's the only alternative. You don't expect me to buy your damn game twice do you. Ya right!
