Guest andysalmon Posted December 26, 2010 Report Posted December 26, 2010 After an age of trying, I've installed a MoDaCo ROM and the PP on the Vega but now when doing anything apart from viewing a Homescreen the Vega, it displays everything in Portrait. If I switch off the rotation setting everything displays fine in Landscape. Anyone come across this? The search suggests not!
Guest thedicemaster Posted December 26, 2010 Report Posted December 26, 2010 what i've noticed is that the rotation defaults back to portrait whenever you turn the vega off. that means if before boot the lock is on it will be stuck in portrait mode untill you unlock rotation. just taking the lock off, and putting it back on again(while holding the tablet in landscape to make sure the gsensor switches it to landscape mode) should lock it to landscape again.

Seems to work- thanks!

I have found this happens when I have USB Host enabled and plug in or unplug my External HDD from the Vega! So very irritating!
