Compatibility Mode in Spare Parts

Hi

I'm a bit confused as to whether I should have compatibility mode (in Spare Parts) on or off on the VEGA. I see some posts that infer it should be off (related to games mostly), but that seems a little counter intuitive to me.

I had a quick search, but nothing conclusive was in the results.

Any explanation or advice would be greatfully accepted.

Compatibility mode makes apps that say they need to be run with the same settings they would on a phone run like that so you get apps opening at standard res they were designed for with no scaling up for the bigger screen. Some apps really do need this but most don't and many will run fine full screen on the vega. At least that is how I understand it, you definitely want it off.
