Guest southpaw1 Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Pull from /data/app. thanks for that mike , worked a treat , wasnt sure were it pulled them too tho , after a bit of searching figured it pulled to C/data . One more question if i may , would it be advisable to put these pulled data apps in with system apps on this rom , or are they best re-installing so they stay in the data/apps directory many thanks
Guest krasenk Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 (edited) Guys, did anyone try this ROM with enabled Hardware Acceleration? Are there any UI graphics artefacts? Edited December 31, 2010 by krasenk
Guest jasonXXx Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Guys, did anyone try this ROM with enabled Hardware Acceleration? Are there any UI graphics artefacts? Yes it seems to work fine i did not see any artefacts.

Guest screwface Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 I experience some incompatibility with the T-Mobile network as reported by other posters. It seems to block any HTTP connection (e.g. Browser, Map, Market etc) while other connection types (GMail, GTalk) seem to be okay. I manually added an APN using settings from the T-Mobile support webpage and it made no difference. I vaguely remember someone edited a string in the build.prop file to fix something similar but I can't find it anymore. Any idea? . Anyone?
Guest jasonXXx Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 . Anyone? I have had no prblems all net stuff work fine im on t-mobile uk. Also i did not need to change apn.
Guest jt_mcg Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Just tested Frankish's new themes for JJ RLS3 on desoftened and wifi hot spot now working. Hopefully it works for everyone, but just in case BACK UP
Guest southpaw1 Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 screwface. , Try requesting your settings from t mobile website, just select HTC pulse or. Wildfire as your handset if san fran isn't in list

Guest Sebastian404 Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Just a slight update... nothing really exciting, just the 'fixed' FM Radio, the Phone patches and the other stuff from The Jellyfish
Guest JBSCARFACE Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Slow rom anyway same score as(420) R4 Modaco but jellyfroyo is good (928) not Overclocked..
Guest rayraven Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 ^Only because this rom has stagefright disabled, enable it in build.prop and you'll get the same scores.
Guest Simon O Posted December 31, 2010 Report Posted December 31, 2010 Slow rom anyway same score as(420) R4 Modaco but jellyfroyo is good (928) not Overclocked.. Are those scores from Quadrant?

Guest netview Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 The file seems to be corrupted as it cannot be extracted successfully!!
Guest iashraf Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 aha! is it possible for the file to be repackaged an reuploaded? perhaps on a webspace other than hotfile? (if that could have caused it)
Guest wakaru Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 aha! is it possible for the file to be repackaged an reuploaded? perhaps on a webspace other than hotfile? (if that could have caused it) The file should be OK in the hotfile server. You just need to download it again.
Guest iashraf Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 (edited) The file should be OK in the hotfile server. You just need to download it again. Yeah I've tried that several times - same error. Have you installed this rom? Edit: I'm going to download it using Chrome, rather than Firefox and see if that helps... Edit 2: Same error! Guest wakaru Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 (edited) Yeah I've tried that several times - same error. Have you installed this rom? Doublecheck that the MD5SUM for the file you downloaded and copied to the MicroSD card is 0f8b27589de69433c3089470bef53f30 That way you check if the file's integrity has been altered or not during the download / copy into the MicroSD card.
