sgs's heat goes high after root

Hi guys. I had this experience after i root my mobile and lagfix. When i use market or internet or other apps phone's heat is really goes high around the camera. I mean top of mobile and back side. When i was using same things before root and lagfix it was getting also some warm but not that much like after root. So i unroot it and remove lagfix. Everything became normal after that. Do u guys have also same issue or do u have any explanations about that?
