The Sense framework is a whole lot different than stock android. So I doubt it.... But maybe you can do it with lockscreen apps.. google it

You could've asked that in your other thread about sense without opening the new one.

You could get WidgetLocker(paid app) from the market which replaces the stock lockscreen. Its very customisable.

In the settings of the app go to Look & Feel ---> Slider Layout. then choose the type of lockscreen you want....Sense UI, standard, iphone etc..
