Unlocked SF need to change phone no?

Hi all, total Newbie here. Bought an SF after reading Paul's review and it is fantastic!! I unlocked the phone and am running it with my existing 3 sim. All works brilliantly but it still shows my outgoing phone number as the original Orange one and not the 3 Sim number I am using, is there a simple way to change this? cheers Ian

It gives the original Orange number not the new 3 sim number, I've tried to highlight and change this but no luck.........any ideas?

Are you sure it's showing the original orange number or is it showing the number of the 3 sim before you had it pak changed.

I use an o2 sim and mine shows the number that was originally associated with it not the number I moved to it as soon as I had it.

If I dial someone the correct number shows on caller display but not in the phone settings where you mention.

Hi i no this is off topic but i have a question which is quite similar, i was on o2 with my old phone but transferred my number to my SF when i got it, now the orange number has gone and my o2 number is working. i was wondering which top up card to use now?? do i use my old o2 topup card coz its that number which i use now or do i use my orange topup card which had my orange number which i dont use anymore? sorry if that confuses you lol, so far ive been using top up vouchers lol

those top up cards are associated with your SIM/account instead of your phone number, meaning that you should use the orange top up card if you would like to top up your orange

Mine shows 'unknown' but shows right on phones and texts. I panicked originally but I think it was due to me never registering the sim and unlocking it to o2
