Is it possible to manipulate the SAR-Value via the settings in the ROM or Firmware?

Does anyone of the more experienced modifiers (since i´m a complete noob) know if it is possible to manipulate the SAR-Value via the settings in the ROM or to

manipulate the Firmware? I don´t even know how the maximum radiation of a mobilephone is controlled..

The idea is to reduce radiation for a longer battery life and for less brain-frying :(

(values vary from german Base Lutea 0.93 to SwissBlade 2.0 W/kg Head)

Would be very happy to get a deeper understandig on this.
