2.2 Definitive upgrade walkthru

Hi All,

Just bought a SF (white therefore LCD) and so far very happy.

Couple of issues:

1) I have seen loads of walkthrus of how to add 2.2, but none, to me, are actually correct and are real walkthrus (I apologise humbly if i am wrong...) so firstly is there such a thing without this/that wont work responses?

2) WTF does the Wi-Fi drop off all the time?

3) Live wallpapers are there but seem to drop off (much like the Wi-Fi).

Other than that, great phone, very pleased

2.) search for wifi fix in the market.

3.) wouldn't bother using live wallpapers tbh...

1) The guides are complete but most aren't aimed at people who don't know what they are doing.. Froyo roms are applied exactly the same as 2.1 roms

2) Its an issue with the blade.. Still no sign of it being fixed any time soon

3) Live wallpapers don't run correctly on a 2.1 SF. They do however work perfectly on a 2.2 SF

Well I ALWAYS trust a fellow Kernow! (Born in Torpoint, birth registered in Plymouth....).

I do know what I'm doing but there seems to be a LOT of confusion and with some of the guides it's a case of several pages of responses to what seems to be a simple guide!!

The Wi-Fi issue sucks ass!!

And i love live wallpapers, just love them!
