Help please!!!

I bought a san fransisco and unlocked it, good so far. ;) I then used my o2 sim to find everything worked fine except the internet. ;) I have visited 3 o2 shops and been told, 1. When you unlock a phone it can become unstable. ;) 2. The other 2 shops said that because o2 don't sell the ZTE Blade they don't have settings for it. ;)

Can anyone tell me if this problem can be overcome.

they are talking rubbish, if you search the forum you will find o2 settings
