Hi is there any chance that this ROM will be developed for the blade? Is this even a ROM?

Sadly, not possible, until ZTE releases the changes they did to the framework to handle the new RIL library, or until someone (like Tom G master) hacks his way around to it.

Not yet a No ;) It CAN be done, at least a few apps, but until we get the modifications for a WORKING phone part (so you can call, etc), we are stuck.
