There's plenty of them if you search the market. i can't recommend any as I haven't tried any.

Basically you want to slow down your phone? There are almost no virus what can harm Android (I know about two what are going through MMS, so if you get an MMS from an unknown number, do not open it, and you're done).

And as there are currently no viruses those apps will probably do diddly squat if you were to get one. Anti virus software require a database of known viruses to work, using that it can sometimes identify newer ones.

At the end of the day you may as well install and IRC zombie to slow down your phone for all the good it will do you :(
