Guest Lloydy Posted December 29, 2010 Report Posted December 29, 2010 Hi All, Please excuse my ignorance here, and I have done a search to try and find the answer, but when you do a backup in the recovery mode, and then restore that, does it also hold all the text messages, apps, etc? So if I tried a new rom and didn't like it, using the backup, could I come back to exactly where I was before? Many thanks, Lloyd

Guest Blues003 Posted December 29, 2010 Report Posted December 29, 2010 A question I'm having too, if I may: Suppose I am using a 2.2 ROM and have a backup of a 2.1 ROM. If I don't like the 2.2 ROM, all I have to do is restore the 2.1 Backup? Or do I have to reflash the 2.1 ROM first and/or do any other kind of in-between processes?
