Blade Faulty Help

Bought it a week ago from orange unlocked it to O2 no probs till this morning the phone is vibrating and wont stop unless the battery is removed , I have done a factory reset to no avail, am now waiting for the battery to go flat and then see what happens.

Oh it did it for a bit when I first charged it but was OK after disconnecting then reconnecting charger, any help would be great ...
