Hi from an absolute newbie to smart phones

Hi all,just to say i have manage to root and upgrade my San francisco but thats about it,This is my first smart phone but i have been amazed by the wealth of knowledge on here.

I am male 54 years old and live in North west UK.

Normally i can be found around Newsgroup sites or a couple of torrent sites but thi s is my first outing on a forum like this
