However, I came across an article which I wanted to share with you: Your Apps Are Watching You - WSJ.com What can one do to prevent such data theft?

Unfortunately Android apps seems to be spyware central in the mobile world. To what extent do other formats have this problem if at all?

Apple's iPhone is not any better as you can see from the WSJ link that I have posted above. I would be surprised if apps on OS by Microsoft and Nokia would behave nicely. It rather seems to be a problem that affects all smartphones on the market to some extent. Let's hope that solutions will be developed sooner rather than later as has done before for PCs.
