New Nexus S should I apply the OTA update?

Just got my NS today after setting it up I get prompted about OTA update. I did some reading up & it seem the update has resulted in some compatability issues with among other things Flash 10.1

So other than new version of maps (which I rarely use anyway) what else does the update actually do & is it worth applying.

Thanks for that.

I think I'll keep it as it is for now. Just have to put up with the constant notification about the update.
