Lost Data(HSPA) signal

Hi Guys I have This Crazy problem but is really bad,Every time I turn Off the device or use flight mode wen turn on or switch off flight mode I lost my Data and can't connect to HSPA again I can call or do any other task but no matter what I do no Data but if I do a factory reset I have Data Again :( But you know Guys is not good to go factory reset after a single turn off/on or because need to use flight mode.some help guys ;) Thanks ;)
