FastGSM Problem :(

Hello

I paid $20 for fastgsm credit this morning and in the evening when I tried to unlock the phone,

it says that not enough credit available in my account.

I have contacted their support.

I don't know what to do...should I raise a paypal claim ?

Slight delay in answering as I missed your topic here.

Did you get phone unlocked in the end?never heard or used fastgsm but hope it's all ok now.

i got the phone unlocked from a local shop in my town.

that FastGSM is a scammer

I'm having issue with FastGSM also. They suspended my account immediately after I purchase $20 credit. It’s been almost a week and multiple attempt to contact them and all I got is automated reply.
