How to DJSteve 1.5.1 to Official Froyo 319

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a how to on installing the official 319 froyo?

I currently have 1.5.1 installed and would like to try the official for a while.

My Streak is AT&T non beta unlocked using a code given by at&t.

Appreciate the help :(

go to stock recovery and install update.pkg for 319

Yep but be warned it is designed for O2 and the build number is lower than the 318 version. Plus you get flashing lights until you fastboot the amns.(i think that is what its called)

I just went back to 318 with performance zip added.

Just to add... I've gone from 1.5.1 to 318 without the need to flash the AMSS file so you're ok.

I changed the 318 update pkg to a zip file and flash through Clockworkmod.

Strange,

I tried to change to 318 ROM from 1.5.1 but no luck, the first stock recovery (318) says Android system recovery utility GAUSB1A110421.

It appeared to start doing a flash, but then got a FOTA mis-match error, then re-booted back to 1.5.1??

Any ideas??

BTW Baseband is GAUSB1A131800-EU, Kernel is 2.6.32.9-DJ_Steve-BFS-BFQ-QC-Vol

I think my problem was using the 308 recovery and not Fard's 309 recovery as it has now sucessfully installed. I'll have to make a new Bluefrost style taskbar for this build.....

Fards , do u have a performance upgrade files for 319 version.

When i used the files from 318, it stuck at the flashing dell logo
