Moving from Modaco FroYo Alpha 3 to Jap Jellyfish RLS3

Just a quick question is there any way I could flash the new rom and not lose apps, maybe Titanium Backup or Clockwork's Advanced Restore?

When searching I found this post which implies that Titanium Backup works, but just want to be sure!

I've just moved from MCR a3 to Jellyfish RLS2 last night. And it is faster indeed, noticeably smoother. Autodesk SBMX for instance works a mile better now.
