how to language to a app?

i try to add two language to a app here

this is a TouchWiz app ,it work in blade

and i use Apk Manager 4.9,check 9 to decompile

add to 3 folder values-zh-rCN values-zh-rTW values-zh-rHK

than click 11,12.

install it , in home switch ,can saw the chinese word

and try it , it NOT WORK,is where is need to add

why ?

i make it work ,but samsung widget ,i dont know how to remove

and uninstall is not work...
