Weather and Clock widget does not work

I'm using over clocked Jellyfish RSL3b and so far it's pretty good. I'm using Frankish's Gingerbread theme.

I downloaded from the market Weather and Toggle Widgets as recommended from HotUKDeals.

I followed this video. At 3:30 he asks to download the weather and toggle widget which I did. But I do not get all those skins from clock skin downloader. I get weather-default.zip and not the list like he got. The options to download took me to a mirror ChrisJ-HTC. How do I get these skins please?

Also I have noticed that the animations are running but it's in the background, it is as if the theme I have is blocking it. Has anyone else had this problem?
